We are currently looking at various locations for the 2022 Edition, with several possibilities under discussion. However, teams will understand that, at his time and with different levels of Covid infection around the world, it is not possible for us to make any promises. It is equally difficult for potential host cities to make firm commitments that could, so easily, be overtaken by circumstances beyond their control. We do not wish to raise any false hopes, nor do we wish to fuel any pointless speculation. However, we remain optimistic. We are continuing concerted efforts to retain this competition under internationally accepted Rules and at the highest level. For now, we feel that a later date in the year may provide more favourable conditions while allowing teams more time to prepare for the competition. Please rest assured that, as soon as we have definite information that we can pass on to you, we will certainly do so at the earliest opportunity.
